Difmo Private Limited operates the Difwa Rider app for water delivery partners. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data securely.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
• Personal & KYC Data: Name, mobile number, driving licence, vehicle details, and government ID for rider verification.
• Location Data (Foreground & Background): We collect precise GPS location when you are "On Duty" or delivering an order to assign nearby delivery tasks, navigate routes, and share real-time delivery status with customers. Tracking stops when you go "Off Duty".
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and diagnostic logs for security and fraud prevention.
2. HOW WE USE DATA
Your information is used strictly to verify your rider account, assign and navigate delivery orders, process earnings, and provide customer support. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
3. SECURE DATA HANDLING PRACTICES
• Encryption in Transit: All data transfers between the app and our servers are encrypted using secure HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3) protocols.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive documents and personal records are stored in secured, encrypted databases with restricted access controls.

4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
We retain your information as long as your account remains active. You can request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing difwaservices@gmail.com with your registered mobile number. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
