Number of Players: 4–10 players
Average Game Time: 10–20 minutes
About the Game: A clever mix of word guessing and social deduction, Werewords blends teamwork with hidden roles. Players work together to guess a secret word, but some among them are secretly trying to sabotage the effort. It’s quick, tense, and full of suspicion as you try to figure out both the word and who you can trust.
How It’s Played: At the start of each round, players are assigned secret roles, including a Seer (who knows the word), Werewolves (who want the team to fail), and villagers. One player acts as the Mayor, who can only answer yes/no questions about the secret word. The group has a limited time to ask questions and guess the word. If they succeed, they still need to identify a Werewolf to win, otherwise, the Werewolves can steal the victory.
