This is a sample of a student journey map I designed for a Learning Experience Design class I was enrolled in through the Online Learning Consortium. A journey map is a visual representation of each step a student takes before and after enrolling in a class or program. Journey maps allow us to understand the needs of the students we serve and their motivations.
