Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Diamond Wala ("the App"), developed by Md Sanaullah Amir.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not
use the App.
1. USE OF APP
The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may
not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are
responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all
applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the
App at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Diamond Wala. If you are
between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the App with the
consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable
age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who
do not meet this requirement.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an
account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password
- Restrict access to your account and devices
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You may only create and maintain one account per person. Creating multiple
accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of
all associated accounts and forfeiture of any earned Tokens.
4. TOKENS AND REWARDS
Diamond Wala allows users to earn virtual tokens ("Tokens") by playing
games, completing in-app activities, and participating in offers. By
using the Token system, you agree to the following:
Earning Tokens:
Tokens are earned by playing games for a minimum required session duration
as displayed in the App. Token amounts are calculated based on verified
gameplay activity and may vary depending on game type, session duration,
and advertiser availability.
Token Value:
Tokens have no real-world monetary value until redeemed through the App's
official redemption process. Tokens cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or
transferred between accounts.
Verification:
All gameplay sessions are subject to verification. We reserve the right to
delay, reduce, or deny Token rewards if we detect fraudulent, automated,
or manipulated gameplay activity. Verification may take up to 12 minutes
or longer in some cases.
Redemption:
Tokens may be redeemed for rewards as described within the App, including
but not limited to gift cards, mobile recharges, or other available options.
We reserve the right to modify redemption rates, minimum thresholds,
available reward options, and processing times at any time with or without
notice.
Payout Processing:
Payouts are processed based on available methods within the App. We are not
responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or
digital wallet providers. Payout requests are subject to verification and
may be withheld if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Expiration:
Tokens in inactive accounts (no login for 180 consecutive days) may expire
and be forfeited without notice.
No Guarantee:
We do not guarantee the availability of Tokens, rewards, or any specific
earning rate. Token earning opportunities depend on advertiser demand,
third-party game availability, and other factors that may change at any time
without notice.
Forfeiture:
We reserve the right to revoke Tokens and suspend or terminate accounts that
engage in:
- Fraudulent or manipulated gameplay
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools
- Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or system errors
- Multiple account creation
- VPN or location spoofing to manipulate rewards
- Any other violation of these Terms
All decisions regarding Token forfeiture are final and at our sole discretion.
5. REFERRAL PROGRAM
Diamond Wala may offer a referral feature ("Share & Earn") that allows you
to share game links with others. By participating in the referral program,
you agree to the following:
- You earn Tokens when referred users play games through your shared links
- Referred users are not required to download or install Diamond Wala to
participate; they can play directly in their browser
- Referred users do not earn Tokens or rewards from playing through shared
links; only the referring user earns Tokens
- Token earnings from referrals are subject to the same verification and
anti-fraud policies as direct gameplay
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral
program at any time without notice
- Spamming, misleading promotion, incentivized sharing, or fraudulent
referral activity will result in forfeiture of referral Tokens and
possible account termination
- We reserve the right to set limits on referral earnings per day, per
week, or per month
6. ADVERTISING
Diamond Wala is a free, ad-supported app. By using the App, you
acknowledge and agree that:
- Advertisements will be displayed during your use of the App, including
interstitial ads, banner ads, rewarded ads, and other ad formats
- Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks including AppLovin MAX,
Google Ad Manager, and other mediation partners
- We do not control or endorse the content of advertisements
- Your interaction with advertisements is governed by the advertiser's own
terms and privacy policies
- We are not responsible for any products, services, or content offered
through advertisements
- Ad availability, frequency, and format may vary and are subject to change
without notice
- Blocking or interfering with advertisements may result in reduced
functionality or account restrictions

7. THIRD-PARTY GAMES AND CONTENT
Diamond Wala provides access to games developed and hosted by third-party
providers. By accessing these games, you acknowledge that:
- Third-party games are not developed, owned, or controlled by us
- Game availability, content, and functionality may change or be removed
without notice
- We are not responsible for any issues, errors, offensive content, or
malfunctions within third-party games
- Your use of third-party games may be subject to additional terms and
conditions set by the game provider
- We do not guarantee that any specific game will remain available in the
App
- Game performance may vary depending on your device, network connection,
and other factors beyond our control
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND OFFERS
The App integrates with various third-party services including but not
limited to Bitlabs, Inbrain, Pollfish, Cpx-research, AdgateMedia,
AyetStudios, Pubscale, Adjoe, and Cpidroid. By using these services,
you acknowledge that:
- Each third-party service has its own terms of service and privacy policy
- We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of
third-party services
- Rewards earned through third-party offers are subject to verification
by both us and the third-party provider
- Completion and crediting of third-party offers may take varying amounts
of time and are not guaranteed
- Disputes regarding third-party offers should first be directed to the
respective third-party provider
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and
regulations. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or
impair the App or any other user's experience
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, bot, or other automated means to access
the App or simulate gameplay
- Interfere with the security of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized
access to any systems or networks
- Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory,
obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
with a person or entity
- Use the App for any commercial purpose or to compete with us
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the
source code of the App
- Use VPN, proxy, or location spoofing tools to manipulate your apparent
location for the purpose of earning additional rewards
- Exploit any bug, error, or design flaw in the App for unintended advantage
- Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
- Engage in any activity that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be
harmful to the App, its users, or our business
10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND FRAUD PREVENTION
We actively monitor for fraudulent activity to protect the integrity of
our platform and all users. We reserve the right to, without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity
- Withhold or revoke Token rewards pending investigation
- Permanently ban users found to be engaging in fraud
- Restrict access to specific features or earning opportunities
- Report fraudulent activity to appropriate legal authorities
Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to:
- Using automated tools, bots, emulators, or scripts to simulate gameplay
- Manipulating device settings, time, or location to falsify gameplay data
- Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors for unintended rewards
- Colluding with others to manipulate the referral system
- Using modified or rooted devices to bypass security measures
- Any coordinated effort to abuse the reward system
All decisions regarding account suspension, termination, and Token
forfeiture are final and at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to
provide evidence or detailed reasoning for fraud-related actions.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Diamond Wala app, including its name, design, logo, graphics, user
interface, animations, and original content, is the intellectual property
of Md Sanaullah Amir and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark,
and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance
with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the App
- Use the App's name, logo, or branding without prior written permission
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms.
12. CONTENT
The App may contain content provided by us or third parties, including but
not limited to text, images, graphics, animations, game content, and
advertisements. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or
otherwise use any content without the express written consent of the owner
of the content.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the App
may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or maintain
confidentiality.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER
APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
- THE APP OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- ANY SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TOKENS OR REWARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE
- THIRD-PARTY GAMES OR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION AS EXPECTED
- PAYOUT PROCESSING WILL OCCUR WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL MD SANAULLAH AMIR, HIS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR SERVICE
PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY,
PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
- ANY TOKENS EARNED, LOST, EXPIRED, OR FORFEITED
- ANY CONTENT OR ADVERTISEMENTS DISPLAYED IN THE APP
- ANY THIRD-PARTY GAMES, SERVICES, OR OFFERS
- ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE APP
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL
THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Md Sanaullah Amir, his
affiliates, agents, service providers, and their respective officers,
directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims,
actions, liabilities, damages, losses, or demands, including reasonable
legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any fraudulent activity conducted through your account
- Any content you submit through the App
16. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without
prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Extended account inactivity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Discontinuation of the App or any of its features
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at
contact@diamondwala.in.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Any unredeemed Tokens in your account will be forfeited
- We are not obligated to provide any compensation for forfeited Tokens
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive
termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to
intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of
liability, and indemnification
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these
Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us
at contact@diamondwala.in before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining
provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or
unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary
to make it valid and enforceable.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire
agreement between you and Md Sanaullah Amir regarding your use of the
App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations
regarding the same.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect
changes in our practices, legal requirements, or App features. When we
make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- We may notify you through the App or other appropriate means for
material changes
- Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes
your acceptance of the updated Terms
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed
about any updates.
