When will my goodies ship out?

Due to the COVID 19 outbreak, packages may delay up to 1-2 weeks, it is a global issue, and we have no control over it. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support during these tough times!

YES! We happily ship to several places around the world! We currently ship to 14 countries, including Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain (United Kingdom), Ireland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and UAE(United Arab Emirates).

Shipping... how much does it cost?

Free Shipping within Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain (United Kingdom), Ireland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and UAE(United Arab Emirates) is zero cost. On some items, we may have a weight-based shipping fee.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We always want you in the loop. Tracking information will automatically be sent to your email once your order has shipped, and updates will be emailed to you as well.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouses such as China, USA and others, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

Will I be charged for CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. VAT, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Help! I haven't received my order and I'm panicking!

Fear not !!!!

Out of thousands of orders that have left the hands of our incredibly capable shipping department, only a handful have ever truly gone missing into the void. Occasionally though an order may be returned to us.

Either way, we'll ensure this gets into your hands as quickly as humanly possible and we've absolutely never left a gal or guy hanging.
