How do I set up my API key? Go to Settings and enter your Anthropic API key. Get one free at console.anthropic.com.
How do I create a mesocycle? Go to the Program tab and select AI Generated, Preset Template, or Custom to build your training block.
How do I scan a meal? Go to the Nutrition tab and tap AI Meal Photo to take a photo of your food.
My data isn't saving — what do I do? Make sure you are logged into your account. Go to Settings and check your login status.
