Image Processing & Temporary Storage

Our app allows you to upload photos of dishes for AI-based analysis.

Temporary Processing: Uploaded images are transmitted securely via encrypted channels (HTTPS) to our servers solely for the purpose of automated AI analysis.
Immediate Deletion: Photos are processed in real time and permanently deleted from our cloud servers immediately after the analysis is complete. We do not store, retain, or archive your photos.
No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or map any personal identifiers, device data, or user accounts to the photos you upload.
Third-Party AI Services: If third-party AI processing APIs are used, your images are transmitted strictly for analysis and are subject to contractual agreements that prohibit retaining or using your images for model training.

For users from Russia and Belarus:

Data Retention: We retain your Telegram ID for the duration of the app's operation to ensure continuous service and account recovery. Your data is stored until you choose to delete your account or until the service is discontinued.

Data Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your data. To do so, please contact us at reply.diabetes.tracker@gmail.com. Upon request, we will remove your Telegram ID and all associated records from our active database within 7 days.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
