1. Information Collected
- Required: Email address, password (encrypted), payment identifiers.

2. Handling of Sensitive Medical Data (Images) - [CRITICAL]
We request camera/photo access solely for AI medical record analysis.
Uploaded medical images and data records are securely and temporarily transmitted to our servers EXCLUSIVELY for AI (OCR) text extraction. They are AUTOMATICALLY AND PERMANENTLY DESTROYED immediately after processing.
We DO NOT store your medical images in our database, share them with third parties, or use them to train AI models under any circumstances.
We comply with the principles of HIPAA and GDPR regarding the minimized collection and immediate destruction of personal health information (PHI).
3. Purpose of Use
User identification, registration, deletion, paid subscription verification, and providing personalized AI diabetes information.
4. Retention Period
When a user requests 'Account Deletion', their email and service usage records are permanently deleted from the database without delay.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We communicate minimal identification data with store payment gateways (RevenueCat, Apple, Google) for billing processing. We do not sell or provide any personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. User Rights
Users can request the deletion of their personal information at any time via the [Settings] > [Delete Account] menu in the app.
