AmBisyon Natin 2040 represents the collective long-term vision and aspirations of the Filipino people for themselves and for the country in the next 25 years. It describes the kind of life that people want to live, and how the country will be by 2040. As such, it is an anchor for development planning across at least four administrations.

The PDP 2023-2028 is the second medium-term plan to be anchored on the 8-point socioeconomic agenda and is geared towards economic and social transformation to reinvigorate job creation and accelerate poverty reduction through inclusive economic growth.  

The PDP 2023-2028 is in line with #AmBisyonNatin2040 which articulates the Filipino people’s collective vision of Matatag, Maginhawa, at Panatag na Buhay Para sa Lahat.
