▪ Managing programmatic media spends which includes setting up and optimizing campaigns and oversee all trading for various business units of Nestle US, SAGE, CFA Institute, Qualcomm, Chubb, WaterAid with business worth over $1.5 million per quarter
▪ Project Lead for Nestle US Programmatic across brands like Purina, Skin Health, Boost, driving over a million dollars in quarterly spends, looking after end to end management from onboarding, resource and campaign management to client relationship. Onboarded the first client for Neo-Mindshare in Australia and its success led to a ~56% growth in company’s revenue QoQ from the market (A$ 0.833 MN ->1.3 MN) from Q4-2017 to Q1-2018
▪ Spearheaded planning, creative, audience, floodlight, attribution and display campaign spend strategy across clients like Sage, Nespresso, Chubb Insurance, CFA, based on client briefs, including launch of the Nestle Iced Coffee campaign during Australian Summer of 2018, which achieved a 38% incremental over initial budgets for Nespresso while delivering 2.24X performance
▪ Mentoring new hires for effective campaign management, best practices and execution skills. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop a deep understanding of the capabilities and limits of the technologies we employ, including external parties.
▪ Led JIRA cloud development, project management and built over a dozen projects for Search, Social, Ad Ops, Programmatic teams to achieve a seamless operational infrastructure for teams, drastically reduce errors and escalations while increasing efficiency and accountability which decreased TAT by 50%. Also, led global client onboard and platform training across 18 global markets
