• Account Information: Email address, display name, and country when you register

• Usage Data: Dhikr sessions, counts, and completion records to track your spiritual progress

• Device Information: Device type and operating system version for app compatibility

• Purchase Information: Subscription and in-app purchase records (processed securely by Apple)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide and improve the Dhikr Pro service

• Sync your dhikr history and statistics across devices

• Process premium subscriptions and verify purchase status

• Send important service notifications (not marketing emails)

• Analyse anonymous usage patterns to improve the app

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which complies with industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Firebase / Google: For data storage and authentication

• Apple: For in-app purchase processing

• Analytics services: Only anonymised, aggregated data

5. Children's Privacy

Dhikr Pro is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

• Export your dhikr history data

You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Dhikr Pro does not use cookies. We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymised usage statistics to improve the app experience. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

8. Third-Party Services

Dhikr Pro uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics)

• Apple Sign In

• Apple StoreKit (In-App Purchases)

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through the app. Continued use of Dhikr Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
