Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications operated by DHBFeeds (collectively, the "Application"). DHBFeeds is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed to work offline. It does not request the INTERNET permission and does not transmit personal data from your device to the Service Provider's servers.
The Application may store the following information locally on your device only, using on-device storage (such as Android SharedPreferences), solely to support gameplay:
Game progress and unlock status
Best scores, last-run scores, combo or streak records
Local run or clear counts and similar gameplay statistics
This local data does not include your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information. The Application does not create user accounts and does not ask you to submit personally identifiable information.
The Application does not collect or upload your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browsing history within the Application, or analytics session data to remote servers.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Application does not use cookies, advertising identifiers for tracking, analytics pixels, or third-party tracking SDKs. No non-essential remote tracking is performed.
Third-Party Services
The Application does not integrate Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, advertising networks, or other third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
The Application may rely on standard Android platform and AndroidX libraries provided with the operating system and app framework. Those platform components are governed by the device manufacturer's and Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
Third Party Access
Because gameplay data remains on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider, the Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The Service Provider may disclose information only if it later receives data through a separate channel (for example, an email you send to the contact address below), and then only:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who process such contact information solely on the Service Provider's behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
International Data Transfers
The Application does not transfer Application gameplay data internationally because such data is not uploaded. If you contact the Service Provider by email, your message may be processed on systems located outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms) or rely on your consent where required and permitted.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held by the Service Provider (for example, information contained in an email you sent). To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at BrennanDylan1tf@gmail.com.
Local gameplay data stored on your device can be removed by clearing the Application's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights regarding any personal information the Service Provider may hold (such as email correspondence), contact BrennanDylan1tf@gmail.com.
Communications
The Service Provider does not use the Application to send marketing push notifications or marketing emails. If you email the Service Provider, they may reply with information needed to respond to your request or to provide required notices.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop any further local storage of gameplay data by uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's storage in your device settings. Uninstalling or clearing data removes locally stored gameplay data from that device.
Because the Application does not upload personal gameplay data to the Service Provider, there is ordinarily no remote Application dataset for the Service Provider to delete. If you have separately provided personal data by email, you may request deletion by contacting BrennanDylan1tf@gmail.com.
Data Retention Policy
Local gameplay data: Retained on your device until you clear the Application's data or uninstall the Application
Email or other contact data you voluntarily send to the Service Provider: Retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and to meet any legal obligations, and then deleted or anonymized
Aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify you (if any is ever created from correspondence): May be retained as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information (for example, via email), the Service Provider will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact BrennanDylan1tf@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of information. Local gameplay data remains on your device under the protections of the Android operating system. Any personal information received by email is handled with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited nature of that data.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects personal data held by the Service Provider (for example, email correspondence), the Service Provider will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where a specific processing activity is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
