DH APP STUDIO built the Cumilla Guide app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by DH APP STUDIO and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal and Technical Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information that we collect (via third-party platforms or voluntary submission) is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. No User Accounts & Voluntary Directory Listings

• No Accounts & Registration: The Application is fully functional without requiring any form of user registration, account creation, or login credentials. The Service Provider does not directly request, collect, or manage personal elements such as your private contact lists.

• Voluntary Directory Submission: This application serves as a regional directory for essential services (doctors, hospitals, and ambulances). If you are a service provider and wish to be listed in our app, you can voluntarily submit your professional information via our Google Form or Email. By submitting your information, you give your full consent for it to be published publicly within the app's directory. 

2. Server Data Retrieval, Room Database & Local Caching

• Server Infrastructure (Volley API): To provide real-time guide updates and regional directories, the Application utilizes the Android Volley Library to safely fetch content via API endpoints from our official web server hosted at: https://dhappstudio.com.

• Local Offline Storage (Room Database): The Application uses Android's internal Room Database framework to store directory references offline directly on your mobile device for ultra-fast performance. This data remains strictly inside your handset.

• Local & Image Caching (Glide): To minimize mobile data usage, the Application uses temporary local caching mechanisms (such as Glide image caching) to store profile photos and images locally on your device. These cache files reside strictly within your handset and are automatically managed or cleared upon app uninstallation or clearing app storage.

• No Automatic Inbound Transmission: Unless information is directly submitted by the service provider or general user via email, report features, or form submissions, the application does not automatically upload or transmit any personal user data, location, or device profile from your device to our servers. 

3. Top Ad Slider & Social Media Redirections

• Interactive Image Slider: The Application features an interactive Image Slider at the top of the main screen where user-submitted or local business advertisements are displayed. Clicking these banners redirects users to external web landing pages (such as independent Google Sites layouts).

• Social Media Connection: The Application includes direct integration pathways to our official community handles for user support and local communication:

4. Government Disclaimer & Medical Disclaimer

• No Government Affiliation: The Application is an independent information-based platform created solely for public utility. It is NOT an official app of any government entity or the Government of Bangladesh. We do not represent, claim partnership with, or hold any direct affiliation with any government department or ministry.

• Source of Directory Data: All information regarding hospitals, doctors, and emergency services displayed within the Application has been collected from publicly available resources or directly provided via voluntary compliance.

• No Medical Advice & Emergency Service Liability: Cumilla Guide is strictly an IT-based informational layout. It does NOT offer direct medical advice, professional diagnoses, or critical emergency dispatch services. Users are advised to verify details independently during real-time emergencies.

5. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

6. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

7. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;

• To provide the Service on our behalf;

• To perform Service-related services; or

• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Content Modification, Abuse Reporting & Deletion (7-Day SLA)

We respect intellectual property, accuracy, and user privacy.

• Integrated Report Button: Every single directory profile listing within the Application contains a dedicated "Report" option interface. Users can trigger an email notification regarding any listing that involves:

  • Incorrect or inaccurate profile data/images.

  • Inappropriate or objectionable language usage.

  • Harmful, illegal, or malicious content.

  • Spam, deceptive listings, or fraudulent entities.

• 7-Day Deletion & Action Guarantee: We strictly commit to reviewing the submitted reports, executing data modification or permanent deletion requests, and responding with a confirmation email within 7 business days.

11. Automated Data Collection and Integrated SDKs

The Application integrates official third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by Google and Firebase to support advertising, push alerts, AI features, and application metrics:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements (Banners, Interstitials, and Native Templates) to support and monetize the Application.

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to monitor app stability, diagnose system crashes, and analyze general user interaction patterns.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to transmit critical push notifications and regional guide alerts directly to your device.

• Firebase AI Framework: Used to safely power localized automated interactions, smart search, or automated content recommendations.

• Google Maps Intent: To view location coordinates, the app utilizes system intents to launch your device's official Google Maps app. No background location tracing token is processed inside our code.

Types of Data Processed Automatically:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID), Firebase Installation ID (FID), and push notification network tokens.

• Technical Logs: Device manufacturer, hardware model, operating system version, and system crash diagnostics.

• Network Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address and mobile carrier data (used for general localized ad targeting).

The automated processing is governed by the independent privacy frameworks of our service providers:

13. Advertising and Opt-Out Preferences

You can opt-out of behavioral tracking and reset or delete your advertising token anytime through your Android operating system settings:

• Navigate to Settings > Privacy (or Google) > Ads and tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

14. International Compliance & Global Privacy Rights

We respect global privacy frameworks, including the GDPR (European Union) and CCPA/CPRA (California).

• Right to Know: You can inspect what technical parameters are handled via third-party systems (detailed in Section 11).

• Right to Data Deletion: Locally cached files and Room database storage can be cleared by wiping the Application’s cache/data or uninstalling the app. For voluntary directory listings, you can exercise data erasure instantly using our 7-Day SLA Report system (detailed in Section 10).

15. Children’s Privacy Enforcement

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 within the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If a parent discovers that third-party SDKs have captured minor device logs inadvertently, please notify us at dhappstudio.com@gmail.com for immediate elimination.

16. Termination of Data Collection (Uninstallation)

You can permanently stop all automated technical reporting by deleting the Application from your handset using your standard Android settings menu or home screen uninstall shortcuts.

17. Modifications to This Document

The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust this Privacy Policy at any time to align with legal upgrades or Google Play Store development policies. Changes become active immediately upon being published on this page with an updated date.

DH APP STUDIO বাণিজ্যিক অ্যাপ হিসেবে Cumilla Guide অ্যাপটি তৈরি করেছে। এই সার্ভিসটি DH APP STUDIO দ্বারা প্রদান করা হয় এবং এটি যেভাবে আছে (As is) সেভাবেই ব্যবহারের জন্য নির্ধারিত। এই পেজটির মাধ্যমে আমাদের ভিজিটরদের জানানো হচ্ছে যে, কেউ যদি আমাদের এই সার্ভিসটি ব্যবহার করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেন, তবে তার তথ্যের সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার এবং প্রকাশের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের নীতিগুলো কী হবে।

• কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট বা রেজিস্ট্রেশন নেই: এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি কোনো প্রকার ব্যবহারকারী নিবন্ধন (Registration), অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি বা লগইন ক্রেডেনশিয়াল ছাড়াই সম্পূর্ণ কার্যকর। সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার সরাসরি আপনার কোনো ব্যক্তিগত কন্টাক্ট বা সংবেদনশীল ডাটা সংগ্রহ বা সংরক্ষণ করে না।

• স্বেচ্ছায় ডিরেক্টরি তালিকাভুক্তি: এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি আঞ্চলিক সেবা (ডাক্তার, হাসপাতাল এবং অ্যাম্বুলেন্স)-এর ডিরেক্টরি হিসেবে কাজ করে। আপনি যদি একজন সেবাদাতা হন এবং আমাদের অ্যাপে যুক্ত হতে চান, তবে আপনার পেশাগত তথ্য স্বেচ্ছায় আমাদের গুগল ফর্ম (Google Form) অথবা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে পারেন। তথ্য প্রেরণের মাধ্যমে আপনি অ্যাপের ভেতরে ডিরেক্টরিতে তা জনসম্মুখে প্রকাশের পূর্ণ সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।

২. সার্ভার থেকে ডাটা গ্রহণ, রুম ডাটাবেস এবং লোকাল ক্যাশিং

• সার্ভার ডেটা সংযোগ (Volley API): আপ-টু-ডেট গাইডের তথ্য এবং আঞ্চলিক ডিরেক্টরি সরবরাহ করতে, অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ভলি (Volley) লাইব্রেরির মাধ্যমে আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েব সার্ভার https://dhappstudio.com/ থেকে কন্টেন্ট নিয়ে আসে।

• লোকাল অফলাইন স্টোরেজ (Room Database): অ্যাপের পারফর্ম্যান্স সর্বোচ্চ দ্রুত ও অফলাইনে মসৃণ রাখতে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি ডিভাইসে ডিরেক্টরির ডাটা সংরক্ষণের জন্য 'Room Database' ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক ব্যবহার করে। এই ডাটা সম্পূর্ণভাবে আপনার মোবাইল ডিভাইসের ভেতরেই থাকে।

• লোকাল ও ইমেজ ক্যাশিং (Glide): মোবাইল ডাটা সাশ্রয় করার জন্য অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি সাময়িকভাবে প্রোফাইল ছবি ও ইমেজ ডাটা ডিভাইসের লোকাল মেমরিতে (Glide Image Cache) সেভ করে রাখে। এই ক্যাশ ফাইলগুলো সম্পূর্ণভাবে আপনার হ্যান্ডসেটের ভেতরেই থাকে এবং অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলেই বা "Clear Cache" দিলেই মুছে যায়।

• কোনো স্বয়ংক্রিয় তথ্য প্রেরণ নয়: সেবাদাতা বা সাধারণ ব্যবহারকারী কর্তৃক সরাসরি ইমেইল, রিপোর্ট বা ফর্ম পূরণের মাধ্যমে তথ্য পাঠানো ছাড়া, অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি আপনার ডিভাইস থেকে কোনো ব্যক্তিগত ডাটা, অবস্থান বা ডিভাইস প্রোফাইল আমাদের সার্ভারে অটোমেটিক আপলোড বা প্রেরণ করে না।

৩. টপ ইমেজ স্লাইডার এবং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া সংযোগ

• ইন্টারেক্টিভ ইমেজ স্লাইডার: অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের হোম স্ক্রিনের ওপরে একটি ইমেজ স্লাইডার রয়েছে যেখানে ইউজার-সাবমিটেড বা স্থানীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিজ্ঞাপনের ব্যানার প্রদর্শন করা হয়। এই বিজ্ঞাপনে ক্লিক করলে ব্যবহারকারীকে বিস্তারিত তথ্যের জন্য এক্সটার্নাল লিঙ্কে (যেমন কোনো গুগল সাইট) নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়।

• সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া সংযোগ: পারস্পরিক যোগাযোগ ও কমিউনিটি পোস্টের সুবিধার্থে অ্যাপে আমাদের অফিশিয়াল সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া চ্যানেলগুলোর বাটন যুক্ত করা হয়েছে:

• কোনো সরকারি সংস্থার সম্পৃক্ততা নেই: এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি সম্পূর্ণ স্বাধীন একটি তথ্যভিত্তিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যা শুধুমাত্র সাধারণ নাগরিকদের জনসেবামূলক তথ্য সরবরাহের উদ্দেশ্যে তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এটি বাংলাদেশ সরকার বা অন্য কোনো সরকারি সংস্থার অফিসিয়াল অ্যাপ নয়। আমরা কোনো সরকারি দপ্তরের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করি না এবং তাদের সাথে আমাদের কোনো সরাসরি প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক বা আইনি সংযোগ নেই।

• তথ্যের উৎস: অ্যাপে প্রদর্শিত হাসপাতাল, ডাক্তার, অ্যাম্বুলেন্স এবং বিভিন্ন সেবার সমস্ত তথ্য সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠান, তাদের প্রকাশিত মাধ্যম অথবা সর্বসাধারণের জন্য উন্মুক্ত উৎস থেকে সংগ্রহ করা হয়েছে।

• চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ সংক্রান্ত দায়মুক্তি: Cumilla Guide কোনো প্রকার চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ, প্রেসক্রিপশন কিংবা সরাসরি জরুরি চিকিৎসা সেবা প্রদান করে না। এটি শুধুমাত্র একটি তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি প্ল্যাটফর্ম যা নাগরিকদের সুবিধার জন্য তথ্য প্রদর্শন করে। যেকোনো জরুরি প্রয়োজনে সরাসরি সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের পরামর্শ নেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।

৫. লগ ডাটা (Log Data)

আমরা আপনাকে জানাতে চাই যে, যখনই আপনি আমাদের সার্ভিসটি ব্যবহার করেন, অ্যাপে কোনো ত্রুটি (Error) দেখা দিলে আমরা আপনার ফোনের 'Log Data' নামে কিছু তথ্য এবং ডাটা (থার্ড পার্টি প্রোডাক্টের মাধ্যমে) সংগ্রহ করি। এই লগ ডাটাতে আপনার ডিভাইসের ইন্টারনেট প্রোটোকল ("IP") ঠিকানা, ডিভাইসের নাম, অপারেটিং সিস্টেমের সংস্করণ, আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের সময় অ্যাপের কনফিগারেশন, আপনার সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের তারিখ ও সময় এবং অন্যান্য পরিসংখ্যান সংক্রান্ত তথ্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে।

৬. কুকিজ (Cookies)

কুকিজ হলো অল্প পরিমাণ ডাটা সম্বলিত কিছু ফাইল, যা সাধারণত বেনামী অনন্য আইডেন্টিফায়ার (Anonymous unique identifiers) হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। এগুলো আপনার ব্রাউজারে পাঠানো হয় সেইসব ওয়েবসাইট থেকে যা আপনি ভিজিট করেন এবং এগুলো আপনার ডিভাইসের ইন্টারনাল মেমরিতে সংরক্ষিত হয়। এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি সরাসরি এই "Cookies" ব্যবহার করে না। তবে, অ্যাপটি এমন থার্ড-পার্টি কোড এবং লাইব্রেরি ব্যবহার করতে পারে যা তথ্য সংগ্রহ এবং তাদের পরিষেবা উন্নত করতে "Cookies" ব্যবহার করে। আপনার কাছে এই কুকিগুলো গ্রহণ বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার সুযোগ রয়েছে এবং আপনার ডিভাইসে কখন কুকি পাঠানো হচ্ছে তা জানার অধিকার আছে। আপনি যদি আমাদের কুকিগুলো প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে চান, তবে আপনি এই সার্ভিসের কিছু অংশ ব্যবহার করতে সক্ষম নাও হতে পারেন।

৭. সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার (Service Providers)

আমরা নিচের কারণগুলোর জন্য থার্ড-পার্টি কোম্পানি এবং ব্যক্তিদের নিযুক্ত করতে পারি:

• আমাদের সার্ভিসটিকে সহজতর করার জন্য;

• আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে সার্ভিসটি প্রদান করার জন্য;

• সার্ভিস-সম্পর্কিত কাজগুলো সম্পাদন করতে; অথবা

• আমাদের সার্ভিসটি কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে তা বিশ্লেষণে সহায়তা করার জন্য।

আমরা এই সার্ভিসের ব্যবহারকারীদের জানাতে চাই যে, এই থার্ড-পার্টিগুলোর কাছে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের অ্যাক্সেস রয়েছে। কারণ হলো আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে তাদের অর্পিত কাজগুলো সম্পন্ন করা। তবে, তারা অন্য কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে এই তথ্য প্রকাশ বা ব্যবহার না করতে বাধ্য।

৮. নিরাপত্তা (Security)

আমাদের কাছে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে আপনার বিশ্বাসকে আমরা মূল্যায়ন করি, তাই আমরা এটি সুরক্ষিত করার জন্য বাণিজ্যিকভাবে গ্রহণযোগ্য মাধ্যমগুলো ব্যবহার করার চেষ্টা করছি। তবে মনে রাখবেন যে, ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে ডাটা ট্রান্সমিশন বা ইলেকট্রনিক স্টোরেজের কোনো পদ্ধতিই ১০০% নিরাপদ এবং নির্ভরযোগ্য নয় এবং আমরা এর পরম নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না।

৯. অন্যান্য সাইটের লিঙ্ক (Links to Other Sites)

আমাদের এই সার্ভিসে অন্যান্য সাইটের লিঙ্ক থাকতে পারে। আপনি যদি কোনো থার্ড-পার্টি লিঙ্কে ক্লিক করেন, তবে আপনাকে সেই সাইটে রিডাইরেক্ট করা হবে। মনে রাখবেন যে এই বাহ্যিক সাইটগুলো আমাদের দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয় না। তাই, আমরা আপনাকে এই ওয়েবসাইটগুলোর প্রাইভেসি পলিসি পর্যালোচনা করার জন্য দৃঢ় পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি। থার্ড-পার্টি সাইট বা সার্ভিসগুলোর কন্টেন্ট, প্রাইভেসি পলিসি বা অনুশীলনের ওপর আমাদের কোনো নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই এবং আমরা এর জন্য কোনো দায়বদ্ধতা গ্রহণ করি না।

১০. কন্টেন্ট পরিবর্তন, রিপোর্ট এবং ডাটা মুছে ফেলার নিয়ম (৭ দিনের গ্যারান্টি)

আমরা তথ্যের সঠিকতা এবং ব্যবহারকারীর গোপনীয়তার অধিকারকে সর্বোচ্চ প্রাধান্য দেই।

• সরাসরি রিপোর্ট বাটন: অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের প্রতিটি প্রোফাইল বা কন্টেন্ট তালিকার সাথে একটি নির্দিষ্ট "Report" বাটন অপশন রয়েছে। ব্যবহারকারী নিচের যেকোনো কারণে সরাসরি ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে রিপোর্ট করতে পারবেন:

  • যদি তথ্যটি ভুল অথবা প্রোফাইল ছবি সংক্রান্ত অসঙ্গতি থাকে।

  • যদি আপত্তিকর বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ভাষার ব্যবহার হয়ে থাকে।

  • যদি ক্ষতিকর, অবৈধ বা প্রতারণামূলক কন্টেন্ট মনে হয়।

  • স্প্যাম বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা থাকলে।

• ৭ দিনের অ্যাকশন গ্যারান্টি: রিপোর্ট বাটন বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে ডেটা পরিবর্তন বা সম্পূর্ণ মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ পাওয়ার ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আমরা তথ্য সংশোধন বা ডিলিট করার কাজ সম্পন্ন করব এবং ইমেইলে তার নিশ্চয়তা জানাব।

১১. স্বয়ংক্রিয় ডাটা সংগ্রহ এবং ইন্টিগ্রেটেড SDK সমূহ

অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটিতে বিজ্ঞাপন, পুশ নোটিফিকেশন, অ্যাপ অ্যানালিটিক্স এবং এআই ফিচারগুলো পরিচালনার জন্য গুগল এবং ফায়ারবেস-এর অফিসিয়াল থার্ড-পার্টি SDKs যুক্ত করা হয়েছে, যা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে কিছু টেকনিক্যাল ডিভাইস ডাটা প্রসেস করে:

• Google AdMob: Application-এর খরচ চালানো এবং মনিটাইজেশনের জন্য বিজ্ঞাপন (ব্যানার, ইন্টারস্টিশিয়াল এবং নেটিভ টেমপ্লেট) প্রদর্শন করতে এটি ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: অ্যাপের স্ট্যাবিলিটি পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং সিস্টেম ক্র্যাশ ডায়াগনস্টিক করতে এটি ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): আপনার ডিভাইসে সরাসরি জরুরি পুশ নোটিফিকেশন এবং লোকাল আপডেট পাঠানোর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• Firebase AI Framework: গাইডের রেসপন্স উন্নত করতে, স্মার্ট সার্চ ও অটোমেটেড রেকমেন্ডেশন নিরাপদে পরিচালনা করতে এটি ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• Google Maps Intent: লোকেশন দেখানোর জন্য অ্যাপটি সরাসরি সিস্টেম ইনটেন্ট ব্যবহার করে আপনার ফোনের অফিশিয়াল গুগল ম্যাপস অ্যাপটি ওপেন করে। আমাদের কোডে কোনো ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড লোকেশন ট্র্যাকিং করা হয় না।

স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সংগৃহীত তথ্যের ধরন:

• ডিভাইস আইডেন্টিফায়ার: গুগল অ্যাডভার্টাইজিং আইডি (AAID), ফায়ারবেস ইনস্টলেশন আইডি (FID) এবং নোটিফিকেশনের ইউনিক সফটওয়্যার টোকেন।

• টেকনিক্যাল লগ: ডিভাইস প্রস্তুতকারক, হার্ডওয়্যার মডেল, অপারেটিং সিস্টেম সংস্করণ এবং ক্র্যাশ রিপোর্ট।

• নেটওয়ার্ক ডাটা: আপনার ইন্টারনেট প্রোটোকল (IP) ঠিকানা এবং মোবাইল ক্যারিয়ারের নাম (যা মূলত নির্দিষ্ট অঞ্চলের বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানোর জন্য আইপি থেকে নেওয়া হয়)।

১২. থার্ড-পার্টি সার্ভিসের অফিসিয়াল প্রাইভেসি পলিসি লিঙ্ক

স্বয়ংক্রিয় ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণ আমাদের পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীদের স্বাধীন গোপনীয়তা নীতি দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হয়:

১৩. বিজ্ঞাপন এবং অপ্ট-আউট পছন্দসমূহ

আপনি আপনার অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অপারেটিং সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে যেকোনো সময় ট্র্যাকিং থেকে অপ্ট-আউট করতে পারেন এবং অ্যাডভার্টাইজিং টোকেনটি রিসেট বা ডিলিট করতে পারেন:

• আপনার ফোনের Settings > Privacy (অথবা Google) > Ads-এ যান এবং Reset advertising ID অথবা Delete advertising ID-তে ট্যাপ করুন।

১৪. আন্তর্জাতিক কমপ্লায়েন্স এবং গ্লোবাল প্রাইভেসি রাইটস (GDPR / CCPA)

আমরা ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নের GDPR এবং ক্যালিফোর্নিয়ার CCPA/CPRA সহ আন্তর্জাতিক ডাটা ফ্রেমওয়ার্কগুলোকে সম্মান করি।

• জানার অধিকার: থার্ড-পার্টি সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে কোন কোন টেকনিক্যাল প্যারামিটারগুলো পরিচালনা করা হচ্ছে তা আপনি খতিয়ে দেখতে পারেন (সেকশন ১১)।

• ডাটা মুছে ফেলার অধিকার: রুম ডাটাবেস ও স্থানীয় ক্যাশ ডাটা ফোনের অ্যাপ সেটিংস থেকে ক্লিয়ার করে বা অ্যাপটি আনইনস্টল করে মুছে ফেলা যায়। আর স্বেচ্ছায় যুক্ত করা ডিরেক্টরি তথ্যের জন্য সেকশন ১০-এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ৭ দিনের গ্যারান্টিতে ডাটা ডিলিট করিয়ে নিতে পারেন।

১৫. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা প্রয়োগ

অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি সাধারণ দর্শকদের জন্য তৈরি এবং এটি ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের লক্ষ্য করে বা জেনেবুঝে তাদের কাছ থেকে ডাটা সংগ্রহ করে না। যদি কোনো অভিভাবক জানতে পারেন যে থার্ড-পার্টি SDK ভুলবশত কোনো অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কের ডিভাইস লগ ক্যাপচার করেছে, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের dhappstudio.com@gmail.com -এ মেইল করলে আমরা তা অবিলম্বে অপসারণ করব।

১৬. তথ্য সংগ্রহ বন্ধকরণ বা আনইনস্টলেশন

আপনি আপনার হ্যান্ডসেট থেকে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি আনইনস্টল (Uninstall) করে সমস্ত স্বয়ংক্রিয় টেকনিক্যাল রিপোর্টিং স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করতে পারেন।

১৭. এই ডকুমেন্টের পরিবর্তনসমূহ

আইনি আপগ্রেড বা গুগল প্লে স্টোরের নীতিমালার সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রাখতে সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার যেকোনো সময় এই প্রাইভেসি পলিসি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এই পেজে প্রকাশিত হওয়া মাত্রই তা কার্যকর হবে।
