Privacy Policy – Crazy Lab
**Effective date: October 8, 2026**
**Last updated: October 8, 2026**
DhampirClaw Games ("we", "us", or "our") develops Crazy Lab. This policy describes the information practices of version 1.0.0, including advertising through Google AdMob and optional purchases through Google Play.
## 1. Game accounts and information you provide
Crazy Lab does not require a game account. We do not ask players to provide their name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, or precise location to play. The game does not provide chat, public profiles, or user-generated content.
We do not operate a server that receives players' saved game progress. However, Google services used for advertising and purchases process information as described below. The presence of these services means that Crazy Lab is not a game with no third-party data processing.
## 2. Local game data
The game stores progress and preferences on the device, including unlocked creatures, character levels, inventory, game currency, missions, cosmetic selections, language, audio, vibration settings, and rewarded-ad completion progress. It also stores purchase verification records and product ownership information locally to maintain purchased items.
We do not upload these saved game files to a developer-operated server. Local records remain until removed through device settings or uninstalling the game. Clearing application data or uninstalling may remove gameplay progress and rewarded character unlocks. Eligible Google Play purchases can be checked and restored through Google Play; local gameplay progress is separate from purchase restoration.
## 3. Advertising and third-party data processing
Crazy Lab uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial advertisements at level transitions and optional rewarded video advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are initiated by the player. Each completed rewarded advertisement adds one step toward the selected character; three completed steps unlock that character.
Google's advertising services may process information such as the device's IP address and general location inferred from it, advertisement and application interactions, technical diagnostics, and limited device or application identifiers permitted under the game's child-directed settings. This information supports contextual advertising, advertisement measurement, service operation, security, and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising still involves some data processing.
The game requests child-directed, non-personalized advertising for all players and restricts advertisement content to the general-audience rating. Android advertising identifier permissions are removed from the application. The game also enables Google's restricted data processing setting. These controls restrict advertising data use; they do not mean that Google receives no information.
We do not add a separate Firebase Analytics or third-party crash-reporting service. Advertising services may nevertheless process their own interaction and diagnostic information.
Google's practices are explained in its [Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [information about partner applications](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
## 4. Children's privacy
Crazy Lab is intended to be suitable for children, including children under 13. Its advertising configuration treats all players as children. We do not request behavioral advertising or remarketing, and we do not ask children to complete adult advertising consent forms.
We do not enable players to publish personal information through the game. Third-party advertising services may process limited technical information for contextual advertising and related service operation, measurement, security, and fraud prevention, subject to child-directed restrictions.
A parent or guardian can contact us to ask about these practices, request access to or deletion of information that we hold about their child, or object to further collection or use. We will assist with applicable requests and, where information is held by Google rather than us, explain the relevant provider controls or request process. We cannot directly access or delete Google's records. Parents can delete local game records through device settings and can stop future game-related advertising requests by discontinuing use and uninstalling the application.
Parents or guardians should supervise optional purchases and use the purchase approval and authentication controls available for their Google Play account.
## 5. In-app purchases
Crazy Lab offers optional, one-time purchases through Google Play, such as characters, cosmetic items, bundles, and removal of automatic interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements remain available after purchasing advertisement removal.
Google Play processes payment and relevant Google account information. We do not receive or store payment card numbers or banking credentials in the game. The game receives purchase information, such as product identifiers, purchase status, purchase tokens, and signed purchase records, to verify transactions, acknowledge purchases, and restore eligible purchased items. Verification records and ownership information are stored locally.
Google may retain transaction records under its own policies. Deleting local game data does not delete Google Play's transaction history or automatically refund a purchase.
## 6. European and United States privacy settings
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform with its under-age setting and separately applies child-directed advertising treatment. These settings are intended to restrict advertising data processing for children, including players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States. Google's restricted data processing setting is enabled for advertising requests.
Depending on applicable law, players or their parents may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to complain to a relevant privacy authority. Contact us to exercise rights concerning information we hold. Requests relating to Google's independently held information may also need to be made to Google.
We do not maintain a developer-operated marketing database or sell players' saved game progress. The game does not request advertising based on cross-app behavioral profiles.
## 7. Support communications
If you or a parent contacts us by email, we receive the email address and the information included in the message. We use this information to respond, handle support or privacy requests, and meet applicable obligations. Please do not send unnecessary personal information about a child.
## 8. Retention, security, and international processing
Local game and purchase records remain on the device until removed. We retain support communications only as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations. Google determines retention of information processed by its services under its own policies.
Google's services may process information outside the user's country. See Google's Privacy Policy for information about international processing and safeguards. Google's Mobile Ads SDK uses encryption in transit for its network data. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
## 9. Permissions
The game uses internet connectivity for advertisements and Google Play purchases and may use vibration for optional haptic feedback. It does not request access to contacts, the camera, the microphone, or precise device location.
## 10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game's features, service providers, or information practices change. The updated policy will show a revised effective or last-updated date.
