I am a computational biologist/developmental biologist by training, and bioinformatician/experimental biologist trading. In our laboratory, we focus mainly on developing models based on bioinformatics, machine learning, and experiments which can validate and support our models. Our current research theme involves rare and hard-to-cure disease and AI models to predict toxicity or drug candidates. We are trying to develop non-invasive biomarkers to prevent colorectal cancers in addition to drug repositioning to treat several diseases.
