This Privacy Policy explains how Chicken Control ("the app", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using Chicken Control, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. WHO WE ARE

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and authentication details needed to keep your account secure. Passwords are stored only in encrypted form by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Farm and usage data. We store the information you choose to enter into the app, such as flock records, egg and production logs, health notes, vaccination reminders, and expense entries. This data belongs to you and is used to provide the app's features.
Device and technical information. To operate the app and keep it stable, we may process technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and general diagnostic information.
Push notification identifiers. If you allow notifications, we process a push token so we can deliver reminders and alerts to your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Analytics and attribution data. We use analytics and marketing-attribution tools to understand how the app is installed and used, measure the performance of the app, and improve it. This may include app events (for example, first open, registration, and sign-in), a device advertising or install identifier, IP address, and similar technical identifiers.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell your personal data.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- Create and secure your account and let you sign in.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the app's features.
- Store and display the farm data you enter.
- Send reminders, alerts, and notifications you have enabled.

We keep your account and farm data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. Chicken Control is intended for adults who keep or manage poultry. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated within the app. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
