FOREWORD
If you plan to use your own laptop for the tutorial, please:
- install Oracle VirtualBox 6.X.X
- download the UBUNTU_DFTS-P2MINER virtual machine and make sure you can run it with Oracle VirtualBox
- download DFTS-P2miner
- download the documentation and the tutorial dataset
For steps #1 and #2, please refer to the README for the UBUNTU DFTS-P2miner virtual machine and, if needed, to your system administrator. It is recommended to complete steps #1 and #2 BEFORE attending the tutorial (download of several GBs).
For steps #3 and #4, please refer to the Tutorial guide. These steps can be done with us during the tutorial. A password for the encrypted dataset will be given at that time.
