Hi, my name is Carmel and I am the owner and barista of D’ Finest Coffee Dock. All the way from Limerick, I have years of experience in hospitality and retail and I am now caffeinating the North-East in a horsebox!
Whether it's a coffee for the commute, a sweet treat during a walk, some lunch, or a foamy cup of hot chocolate when you need a pick-me-up, D’ Finest is the perfect roadside stop.
There is on-site parking and seating for al fresco dining (weather permitting!).
D' Finest can also provide mobile tea/coffee and barista-style catering services for a range of personal and professional events.
