About Dez Stephens, MCC

A seasoned holistic coach and educator since 2005, Dez Stephens is the founder of Amarya and the former CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy, part of the former Radiant Health Institute. She has trained and certified thousands of students across more than 25 countries. 

Driven by her early experiences with volunteerism and compassion, Dez blends humanitarianism with coaching. From working with prisons and halfway houses to co-founding nonprofit initiatives in Honduras like the Melanie Gissell Foundation, she channels her coaching and compassion into transformational service.

Beyond her coaching work, Dez is a published author (The Qualitarian), and a co-executive producer of impactful documentaries like End of the Line: The Women of Standing Rock. Her upcoming documentary about the Native American boarding schools is debuting in late 2025, along with executive producers Shannon Kring, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tony Robbins named, Nine Little Indians.
