Privacy Policy for Subscription Manager for YouTube™

Subscription Manager for YouTube™ is a Chrome extension designed to help users review, select, and manage their YouTube subscriptions from the YouTube subscriptions page.

Single purpose

The extension's single purpose is to provide user-directed subscription management controls on the visible YouTube subscriptions page.

Data collection

The extension does not collect, sell, transmit, or share personal data with the developer or any third party.

The extension does not use analytics, advertising trackers, external servers, or remote APIs.

Local browser storage

The extension stores some data locally in the user's browser so its features can work correctly. This may include:

* Layout preference

* Speed selector mode

* Confirmation method

* Fixed click position

* Click indicator preference

* Panel view preference

* Selected channel identifiers used to restore local selection state

This data remains on the user's device/browser storage. It is not sent to the developer or to any external server.

Website access

The extension runs on YouTube pages and reads visible page elements on those pages only as needed to provide its stated subscription management features.

The extension may add buttons, markers, a management panel, and local UI elements to the visible YouTube page. If the user starts an unsubscribe process, the extension interacts with YouTube's visible subscription controls in the current tab.

Data sharing

The extension does not share user data with third parties.

Remote code

The extension does not load or execute remotely hosted code. All extension logic is included in the submitted extension package.

User responsibility

The extension is user-directed. Users choose which channels to select and are responsible for actions they start through the extension.

Stopping the process prevents further channels from being processed. It cannot undo an unsubscribe action that has already been confirmed through YouTube's interface.
