Subscription Manager for YouTube™

Subscription Manager for YouTube™ is a Chrome extension that helps users review, select, and manage their YouTube subscriptions from the YouTube subscriptions page.

The extension adds a local management panel to the visible YouTube interface. Users can select channels, change the page layout, use keyboard-assisted selection, and process selected unsubscribe actions through YouTube's own visible unsubscribe flow.

Purpose

The purpose of this extension is to make subscription management clearer and more controlled for users who follow many YouTube channels.

The extension does not decide which channels to unsubscribe from. The user selects the channels and remains responsible for the result.

How it works

The extension runs locally in the browser on YouTube pages. On the YouTube subscriptions page, it adds a local panel and selection controls to the visible channel list.

When the user starts an unsubscribe run, the extension interacts with the visible YouTube interface in the current tab. The user should keep the tab open and avoid interacting with the page while the process is running.

Stopping the process prevents further channels from being processed. It cannot undo an unsubscribe action that has already been confirmed through YouTube's interface.

Privacy

The extension does not collect, sell, transmit, or share personal data with the developer or any third party.

The extension stores settings locally in the user's browser, such as layout preference, speed selector mode, confirmation method, fixed click position, click indicator preference, panel view, and selected channels.

The extension does not:

* Collect YouTube passwords

* Collect payment information

* Collect browsing history outside its stated YouTube page functionality

* Send subscription lists to external servers

* Use analytics tracking

* Sell or transfer user data

* Serve advertisements

Permissions

The extension requests access to YouTube pages so it can add its management panel and interact with the visible subscription controls on the YouTube subscriptions page.

The extension uses the minimum permissions needed for its stated purpose.
