This privacy policy applies to the Dew Invoices app for mobile devices that was created by Chamath Menuwan as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This includes device information, usage logs, and data you provide (such as company details and invoices) which are stored securely via Google Firebase.
Permissions and Data Usage:

Location Data: Requests ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION solely to discover and connect to Bluetooth Thermal Printers.

Storage Access: Requests READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to generate, save, and share Invoice PDFs and manage local backups.
•
Device Security: Checks for Root Access to protect financial data integrity.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes Google Play Services and Google Firebase (Firestore & Auth) for authentication and data synchronization.
Data Retention, Account Deletion, and Data Clearing:
We value your privacy and provide full control over your data.

In-App Account Deletion: Users can permanently delete their account and all associated data directly through the Application's settings/profile section.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account: When you use the "Delete Account" feature, the Application will:
i.
Permanently delete your profile and authentication records from our servers.
ii.
Wipe all your business data (Invoices, Customers, Items, etc.) stored in our cloud database (Firebase Firestore).
iii.
Clear your local database and settings on the device.

Manual Request: If you are unable to access the in-app deletion feature, you may request account and data deletion by contacting us at dewprojects.@gmail.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use SQLCipher database encryption and Secure Preferences to protect your information. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this policy regularly.
