A Year in Review

Hello Everyone,

It has been a great year. I'm sorry for not posting, God was working in other ways throughout the year. With school over I'm hoping to post more.

Anyways, this was my first year of high school. High school is nothing like grade school. It was a little bit of a shock. I also started leadership. 

Leadership is a group of teens from The Woods Church that meet every other Sunday. We plan events, set up for events, some of us write and preach sermons once a year in youth group, some of us take pictures and help with The Woods Instagram, and the rest of us, including me, come up with creative ways to care for and invite people to church. We also rented a house and spent a weekend together worshiping, getting to know each other, and working on church projects. It was really powerful.

Some other important things happened this year including: winter retreat with The Woods and Kingdom Come.

I'm sorry I didn't post this year but it wasn't what God was calling me too do. He was calling me to be more hands on at school.
