Originally from New England, I relocated to Wyoming to work in Dr. Kenneth Sims's "W.I.L.D." lab to pursue my passion for Isotope Geochemistry and Igneous Petrology. My research integrates fieldwork, geochemical analysis, and radiogenic isotope systems to investigate deep Earth processes.
With an interest in different magmatic systems, I aim to investigate the petrogenesis of various volcanic and plutonic bodies. Currently, my work focuses on the bimodal volcanism of Yellowstone and studying remote volcanoes, such as Antarctica’s Mount Erebus. These projects aim to provide deeper insights into volcanic mechanisms, contributing to both scientific understanding and potential hazard mitigation efforts.
Beyond research, I'm dedicated to making science accessible and engaging. Leveraging my background in video games and events, I strive to create interactive virtual experiences that bring the fascinating, and ever-relevant, processes shaping our planet to the individual, inspiring, and informing, future scientists around the globe.
