Device Info Pro Privacy Policy
Device Info Pro ("App") is developed and maintained by Ganeshay Infotech ("we", "our", or "us").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. Device Info Pro is designed as a privacy-focused diagnostic application. Most processing occurs entirely on your device and the App does not require account creation or user registration.
Information We Access
The App may access device-related information to provide diagnostic, monitoring, and hardware testing functionality, including:
Device model, manufacturer, hardware, and Android version
CPU, RAM, battery, thermal, storage, and display information
Network and connectivity status
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities
Camera hardware capabilities
Sensor availability and sensor readings
NFC support information
Storage statistics and cache usage information
Diagnostic test results generated by the user
This information is processed locally on the device and is not sold or shared with third parties.

Local Storage
The App stores certain information locally on the user's device to support functionality such as:

This information remains stored locally within the application's private storage area and is not transmitted to our servers.
Firebase Crash Reporting
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to help identify and fix software crashes and stability issues.
When a crash occurs, Firebase Crashlytics may collect:
Crash logs
Device model
Operating system version
Technical diagnostic information related to the crash
Crash reports do not include your photos, messages, contacts, files, installed application lists, or personally identifiable information.
Network Speed Test
If you choose to run the Network Speed Test feature, the App performs network requests to Cloudflare speed test endpoints in order to measure download and upload performance.
These requests are initiated only when the user starts a speed test.
Offline AI Assistant
Device Info Pro includes an AI-powered assistant that operates entirely on-device.
The assistant:
Does not send prompts to external servers
Does not use OpenAI services
Does not use Gemini services
Does not use cloud-based AI processing
Does not transmit diagnostic data
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user information.
We do not share personal information with third parties except for technical crash reporting through Firebase Crashlytics.
Children's Privacy
Device Info Pro is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Retention
All locally stored information remains on the device until:
The user deletes it
The user clears application data
The application is uninstalled
Crash reports submitted to Firebase are retained according to Google's Firebase policies.
Security
We use reasonable security measures and rely on Android's application sandbox to protect locally stored information.
Future Advertising
The current version of Device Info Pro does not display advertisements.
If advertising functionality is introduced in a future release, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Your Choices
Users may:
Deny optional permissions
Delete locally stored data
Clear application storage
Uninstall the application at any time
