Welcome to Brain Master Challenge, an offline-first brain training game developed by DevHinox Studios.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app stores, how it is used, and how certain third-party services may process information when optional online features are used.
Most gameplay data and settings remain stored on your device. We do not sell your personal information. Optional online features—such as advertisements and crash reporting—use third-party services described below. We do not upload your gameplay data or profile photo to our servers.
Brain Master Challenge stores the following information locally on your device:
Display name you choose in Settings
Optional profile photo selected from your device (stored locally in the app's private storage)
Game progress, scores, stars, and unlocked levels across all game modes
Coins, XP, player level, rank, and reward progress
Login streaks, daily goals, achievements, and coin transaction history
Profile customisation choices, such as owned and equipped profile frames
App preferences such as sound, vibration, and notification settings
Hint and preview usage during gameplay
Local counters used to manage optional advertisement frequency
We do not require you to create an account or provide:
Your name
Email address
Phone number
Payment information
Your gameplay data and profile photo are not uploaded to our servers.
The locally stored information is used only to:
Save and restore your game progress
Track levels, coins, XP, achievements, and player rank
Display your chosen display name and profile photo
Save profile frame ownership and equipped frame preferences
Store your preferences and settings
Deliver local reminder notifications (when enabled)
Manage optional advertisements
Provide a smooth gameplay experience
We do not sell your personal information or use it to build advertising profiles.
Your gameplay information is stored securely on your device using Hive local storage.
If you choose a profile photo, it is stored only within the application's private storage on your device.
If you:
Uninstall the app, or
Use Reset Progress from Settings,
your locally stored gameplay data, profile photo, profile frame customizations (owned frames reset to the free Starter frame), and settings are removed from your device.
Because your information remains on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
Some optional features require an internet connection and use trusted third-party services.
Brain Master Challenge displays advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
Advertisements may include:
Rewarded Ads (optional)
Rewarded Interstitial Ads (optional)
Interstitial Ads
Banner Ads (may appear in certain in-app dialogs, such as puzzle preview screens)
Rewarded Ads and Rewarded Interstitial Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one in exchange for optional in-game rewards, including:
Extra hints
Puzzle previews
Bonus coins after completing a level
Bonus coins after purchasing optional profile frames (+25 coins)
Double level completion rewards
Double daily goal rewards
Double login streak rewards
Interstitial Ads may appear between gameplay sessions on safe menu screens (such as Home, game hubs, and level select). They are not shown during active gameplay.
Google may collect certain information (such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising identifiers, and advertisement interaction data) according to its own Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable laws, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent for personalized advertisements.
You can review or update your consent choices at any time from the app's Settings under Ad Privacy Choices.
The app may use Google Play Services for essential Android functionality.

Brain Master Challenge uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to help improve app stability.
In production release builds on Android, the app may automatically send crash and error reports that can include:
• Crash logs and stack traces
• Device model, OS version, and app version
• Basic diagnostic information related to the error
This information is used only to diagnose and fix crashes. It is not used to collect your display name, profile photo, scores, coins, XP, or other gameplay progress.
Crash reporting is disabled in debug builds.

Some fonts may be downloaded from Google to improve text rendering and visual appearance.
Reminder notifications are created and stored locally on your device.
Notification content is not sent to DevHinox Studios.
Please note that these third-party services have their own privacy policies and practices. DevHinox Studios is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.
Brain Master Challenge works primarily offline.
Internet access is required only for optional features such as:
Loading advertisements
Displaying consent forms
Downloading Google Fonts (when necessary)
Sending anonymous crash reports (production release builds on Android)
The app checks network availability locally to provide helpful messages when these optional services are unavailable.
Brain Master Challenge is designed for a general audience.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because the app does not require user accounts or upload gameplay data to our servers.
If advertisements are displayed, Google AdMob may process information according to Google's Privacy Policy and your device settings.
If crash reporting is enabled, Firebase Crashlytics may process diagnostic information according to Google’s Privacy Policy and your device settings.
Parents or guardians who have concerns about third-party advertising may review Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
You can:
Change your display name
Change or remove your profile photo
Enable or disable notifications
Enable or disable sound and vibration
Manage advertisement consent (where available)
Choose whether to watch rewarded or rewarded interstitial advertisements
Reset all gameplay progress from Settings
Using Reset Progress permanently removes:
Game progress
Coins
XP
Player level
Rank progress
Daily goals
Achievements
Login streaks
Owned profile frames (resets to the free Starter frame)
Local settings
Stored profile photo
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be updated.
Your continued use of Brain Master Challenge after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
