This Privacy Policy explains what information our games collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to all mobile games and apps published by DEV 2000 Studio on the Google Play Store (each, the "Game", together the "Games").
This page has two parts: Part A — Privacy Policy and Part B — Terms of Service. By downloading or using our Games you agree to both.
If you do not agree, please do not install or use our Games.
We do not ask you for, or store on our own servers, your name, email, phone number, home address, or payment card details.
Our Games and the third-party services inside them automatically process device identifiers, gameplay/app-activity data, approximate (country-level) location, basic diagnostics, and in-app purchase records to run the Game, show and measure ads, fix problems, and improve gameplay.
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, we and Google also process your Play Games player identifier and your cloud save data so your progress can be saved and synced.
All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS / TLS).
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time, and you can request deletion of data associated with you (see Section 9).
This summary is informational; the full detail is below and matches what we declare in the Google Play Data Safety section.
We do not run our own account servers for the Games, and we do not directly collect your name, email, phone number, postal address, or payment card number. All purchases are processed by Google Play — we never see or store your card or bank details.
Through the Game and the third-party services it uses, the following may be collected:
Device and other identifiers: your advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID) and app-level identifiers; device model, operating system version, language, and region.
App activity / gameplay data: levels reached, in-game events and progress, session length, settings, ad interactions (for example, rewarded ad views), and in-app purchase events.
Approximate location: country or region derived from your IP address, used for advertising and analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Diagnostics: crash, error, and basic performance information collected by Google Play services and the SDKs in the Game, used to keep the Game stable.
Technical data: your IP address and standard connection metadata.
Our Games use Google Play Games Services. If you choose to sign in, Google provides us with your Play Games player identifier and basic gamer profile (such as your gamer tag and avatar), and your saved game progress is stored as a cloud save under your Google account. This lets us save and sync your progress and operate achievements and leaderboards. Signing in is optional — you can play without it, though some features (such as cloud save and leaderboards) will not be available.
When you buy something, Google Play handles the payment. We receive only a purchase token, the product identifier, and the transaction status, so we can deliver your purchase, verify it, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions. We do not receive your card or bank details.
We use the data above to:
run, maintain, and secure the Game and deliver its features;
save and sync your in-game progress (where you sign in with Google Play Games);
display and measure advertising, including frequency capping and impression-level ad performance;
fulfil, verify, and de-duplicate in-app purchases;
analyse usage to fix problems and improve gameplay and difficulty balancing;
detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and policy violations;
comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Where advertising identifiers are shared with advertising partners for personalised advertising, this may be treated as a "sale" or "share" under certain U.S. state privacy laws — see Section 9 for how to opt out.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
Consent — for personalised advertising and any non-essential analytics, collected through an in-app consent prompt. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the Game, prevent fraud, and improve our products, balanced against your rights.
Performance of a contract — to deliver and verify in-app purchases.
Legal obligation — to keep records required by law, such as tax and accounting records.
We use the following service providers, who process data under their own privacy policies:
Google — AdMob (advertising), Firebase Analytics (usage analytics), Google Play Games Services (sign-in, cloud save, achievements, leaderboards), and Google Play (distribution and payments). https://policies.google.com/privacy
Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource) — advertising mediation, and the mediated ad networks it serves into the Game. https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
These providers may receive device identifiers, approximate location, and advertising or usage signals. They store the data on their own infrastructure; we do not operate our own servers that store your personal data. How they may use that data differs:
Firebase Analytics, Google Play Games, and Google Play billing act as our service providers and process data to deliver these features to us.
AdMob and Unity LevelPlay (and the ad networks it mediates) may also use the data they receive for their own advertising purposes under their own privacy policies. Where this involves personalised advertising, it may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" under certain U.S. state privacy laws — you can limit or opt out of it as described in Sections 6 and 9.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Our Games are supported by ads. To control ad personalisation:
Reset or delete your advertising ID: open Android Settings, go to Privacy, then Ads (the exact path varies by device). Deleting it limits personalised advertising.
Opt out of personalised ads: turn off "Ad personalisation" in the same menu.
EEA / UK and other applicable regions: you will see a consent prompt on first launch, and you can change your choice later in the Game's settings.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above:
Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated.
Purchase and transaction records: retained for up to 10 years, as required by Vietnamese accounting law.
Google Play Games cloud saves and sign-in data: kept while you use the feature; they are removed when you delete your saved game data or request deletion (see Section 9).
We do not retain personal data indefinitely. Data tied to you is deleted on valid request, subject to legal retention duties.
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS / HTTPS. Any data we can access is held by our service providers (Google and Unity) behind their access controls and is available only to DEV 2000 Studio through authenticated accounts. We do not store payment card data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Request deletion. To request deletion of data associated with you, email us at dev2000@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us which Game you played and, if you signed in, your Google Play Games gamer tag. We will verify the request and delete the associated data, unless we must keep it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. You can also:
reset or delete your advertising ID (see Section 6);
delete your Google Play Games saved data for the Game from the Play Games app, under your Google account; and
uninstall the Game at any time.
EEA / UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California and other U.S. state laws (CCPA / CPRA and similar). You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email dev2000@gmail.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us information may contact us at dev2000@gmail.com.
Our service providers (such as Google and Unity) process data on servers located in various countries, which may be outside your own. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Games after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

By downloading, accessing, or using any Game published by DEV 2000 Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Games. These Terms use the same effective and last-updated dates shown at the top of this page.
Our Games are intended for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding agreement to use the Games. If you are a minor, you may use the Games only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
DEV 2000 Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download and use the Games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Games. Except where the law expressly allows, you may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from the Games or any part of them.
You agree not to:
cheat, hack, or use bots, automation, mods, or unauthorised third-party software;
exploit bugs, manipulate scores or purchases, or interfere with the Game's operation or security;
access the Games by any means other than the official Google Play release;
infringe the rights of others, or use the Games for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access, and remove content or progress, in response to a breach.
Some Games offer optional in-app purchases, which are processed by Google Play — not by us. Prices and available items may change. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms, and any refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Any in-game items, currency, or rewards are licensed to you for use within the Game only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and we may manage, modify, or remove them. They may be lost if your access to a Game ends, except to the extent your statutory consumer rights provide otherwise for items you have paid for.
Our Games are supported by advertising, and ads may be shown while you play. How data is used for advertising is described in Part A (Privacy Policy).
Our Games rely on third-party services, including Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Games, and Google Play) and Unity LevelPlay. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue a Game or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games if you breach these Terms or misuse the Games. You may stop using the Games and uninstall them at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEV 2000 Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Games. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the Games after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
