LaTerry Ya'seen (she/her)

LaTerry Ya'seen is the Executive Director of Sew Modest Studio, a Fashion Design and Sewing school. She loves helping people bring their vision, voice and perspective to life through fashion. She has spent the majority of her career in the Fashion and Technology industry, gaining experiences in areas such as design, data analytics, and education. While operating a small business is her primary job function by day, LaTerry also enjoys writing poetry, photography and interior design.

A: I love my community, its vibrant and nurturing, diverse and cultured. I'm perpetually blessed by the amazing people I encounter and their willingness to share their talents and experiences for the betterment of others.
