Karine Fajardo-Pawlicki (she/her)

Karine has worked in the health care industry for over 15 years, gaining experience in health equity, community health, health disparities, and community outreach. As a seasoned Community Impact Director, she is passionate about advancing health equity and addressing social drivers of health. In addition to, she is also involved in supporting maternal health efforts and DEIJ discussions as a Leadership Oakland Alum. Outside of the office, Karine enjoys live music, dancing, and spending time outdoor with her husband and two children.
