Steven Bowman (he/him)

Steven Bowman has worked in the education industry for 10+ years, gaining experience in project management, instructional design, and organizational development. As a seasoned Senior Director of Learning and Development, he is passionate about advancing diversity, belonging, inclusion, and equity (DBIE) practices to drive positive outcomes for organizations and students alike. In addition to his expertise in education and DBIE, he is also involved in community service and career pathway development. Outside of the office, Steven enjoys traveling, managing personal finances, and exploring his interests in audio/visual design and technology. Additionally, he is a professional musician, showcasing his diverse talents and passions beyond the educational field.
