Justin has worked in the non-profit and higher education industries for 8 years, gaining experience in DEI, executive leadership, recruiting. and people management. As a seasoned DEI practitioner, he is passionate about advancing racial equity and social justice. Outside of the office, Justin enjoys Taylor, Kendall, and minding the business that pays him.
