Q: What is something you love about where you live?

A: I love how rooted I feel in Detroit and how the city has shaped me into who I am. I also love the access to beautiful bodies of water that we have here, from the Detroit River, to the Great Lakes, to our canals and creeks. Most importantly, I love the people here. I am constantly inspired and nurtured by the passion, commitment, creativity, and neighborliness of Detroiters.
