Usman Mian

Usman Mian is the Director of Development at Dream of Detroit. As a seasoned nonprofit executive, social entrepreneur, and interfaith leader, Usman is passionate about advancing racial equity and social justice through empowering the potential of individuals and communities to manifest greatness in all facets of life. He has spent the majority of his career in the fields of urban poverty alleviation, juvenile justice reform, and public administration. Outside of the office, Usman enjoys chess, basketball, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
