Program Support Coordinator

Jacinda Cason has worked in the Community Service industry for over 20 years, gaining experience in Advocacy, Activism, Agitation, and Organizing. As a seasoned Program Support Coordinator, Jacinda is passionate about advancing Black Joy and Black Liberation. In addition to dismantling systemic racism, Jacinda is also involved in The National Coalition of Black Civic Participation as well as The Black Women's Roundtable. Outside of the office Jacinda enjoys Chicago Deep House Music, cooking, and sitting by moving water.

Q: What is something you love about where you live?

A: I love living in Detroit because the community here has an implicit ownership that I have not seen in other states.
