RaShanté Carbin (she/her)

RaShanté has worked in the social impact industry for 10 years, gaining experience in youth development, housing, and philanthropy. As a seasoned program manager, she is passionate about advancing racial equity. In addition to her role as a program manager, she is involved in Enterprise's racial equity working group, where she serves as the co-coordinator. Outside of the office, RaShanté enjoys traveling and hosting journaling workshops in Detroit.
