Jaclynn “Jackie” Louden has worked in the nonprofit and community impact sector for nearly seven years, gaining experience in program management, partnership development, community engagement, data systems, and event coordination. As a seasoned Community Manager at Co.act Detroit, she is passionate about advancing collaboration, equity, and capacity-building within Southeast Michigan’s nonprofit ecosystem.
In addition to leading signature programs such as Co.Lab Connect, Drop-in Work Days, and the Gadget Garage, Jackie is also involved in data strategy initiatives and partnership development that strengthen Detroit’s social impact infrastructure.
Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, capturing community stories, and exploring Detroit’s creative energy through local events, food, and art.

Q: What is something you love about where you live?
A: I love the sense of community and resilience. There’s a unique spirit that people genuinely show up for one another, dream big together, and create change that starts at the grassroots level. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by so much creativity, culture, and care.
