Fatema Boxwala (she/her)

Fatema Boxwala is a strategist at The Work Department and loves helping people listen, connect, and build together. She has spent the majority of her career supporting mission-driven organizations across industries, gaining experience in areas such as participatory design, community engagement, and strategic planning and research. While working with others to move ideas forward is her primary job function by day, Fatema also enjoys lingering over a good latte and making arts and crafts projects.
