Dave is the Intake and Technical Assistance Coordinator at the Detroit Community Wealth Fund. He appreciates learning about the various challenges that people routinely face, hearing a variety of perspectives on the causes and potential solutions, and collaborating with others to develop and implement community-based solutions. To that end, he has spent the majority of his career working in a variety of cooperative enterprises, gaining experiences in areas such as worker ownership and worker self-management, supporting local economies, and planning for mutually beneficial outcomes. When not engaged in co-op or community development projects, he enjoys traveling with his spouse, walking their dogs, attending shows and concerts, and learning about the rich history of Detroit.Â
