Sophia Chue

Sophia has worked with the collective Caribbean community in Detroit for over 26 years, gaining experience in community service, advocacy, professional development and educational development.

As a seasoned Executive Director, she is passionate about advancing racial equity and cultural engagements. In addition she is also involved in entertainment and storytelling.

Outside of the office, Sophia enjoys writing poetry, planning and executing cultural events.

A: I love the cultural diversity and friendliness of Detroiters.
