Michele Lewis Watts, Ph.D. is the Chief Equity Officer at Woods & Watts Effect and has worked in sports, non-profits and higher education, gaining experience in strategic planning, facilitation and training, community relations and event operations.
Outside of the office, Michele enjoys coaching girls volleyball, watching documentaries, and spending time in historic Idlewild, MI.
