Charnise Tate was born and raised in the city of Detroit. She spent four years in the Air Force Reserves and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. 

She comes to DEAL with 16+ years of customer service-related skills and experiences across several industries. 

She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the community. She is also an avid shoe lover.
