Charnise Tate was born and raised in the city of Detroit. She spent four years in the Air Force Reserves and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. 

She comes to DEAL with 16+ years of customer service related skills and experiences across several industries. 

She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the community. She is also an avid shoe lover.
