Discussion Phase
The Discussion Phase is Closed as of December 9, 2020. Please refer to the Review Phase for next steps of the Commission's Process.
The Commission received nearly 300 submissions for proposed revisions to the Charter. During the Discussion Phase, the Commission will review and vote on each proposed revision.
