Rise Up, Get Started entrepreneurship competitions
No matter your background, we want to help you start a business and take charge of your future. How? Introducing the Rise Up, Get Started entrepreneurship competition for formerly incarcerated people.
You know that you could be a successful business owner, Rise Up, Get Started, will help you take a first step in the right direction and give you the connections you need to thrive.
Many entrepreneurship competitions ask for a lengthy business plan. Ours is different. We want to know how you’re working to grow as a leader and what project you’re going after next to build your business.
You’ll compete for $1000s in prizes and pitch your project to our judges and the community across one of the following categories:
- Do good: If you want to lead an innovative small-scale community improvement project, we can make that happen.
- This is a test: Every business starts with a little experiment to see how potential customers will react to your product or service. Let’s try something new.
- Fuel: If you already have a small business up and running and need a boost. . . we can help.
