"Jack currently has scars all over his torso, as well his back. He also has a scar's all over his back that go from his shoulders all the way to the bottom of his spine, it's not known as he doesn't wish to share how he got them. But they seemingly glow some sort of blue.

8/27/25 - "Destro, appears to have numerous scars covering his upper torso and more, refusing to elaborate on where most come from, most sit covering his body entirely and one that sits on his back in the shape of a /////. Other than that, he is missing no limbs and is only taking medicine for recent injuries."

12/25/25 - "Destro", appears to have suffered numerous injuries and finds the struggle to properly breathe most times. Still covering most of his body are scars reported from past injuries and still seems to be in perfect health.

Notes are taken from a number of Jack's most recent mandatory psychological evaluation session, led by MD '[REDACTED]'

"He's very hesitant on most thing's but ever since he's joined the foundation, he seemingly comes in every now and then to talk about his past with his family. even though he's only been here a few weeks his past is... a lot to say the least, it seems it's has hanged over him ever since the accident, but he's been moving on as his time passes here... seemingly a resilient one but other than that there isn't much to say about him."

8/26/25 - "As of recent, Jack has been through plenty of anomalous events. He's blamed himself for most of what he's been through and those who have been hurt along the way. Watching those close to him die he's been chipped at more and more every time slowly falling down like a crumbling building. After /////// //// //// //// he's been unable to sleep, from what we've noted, and he's said he's only able to get a few hours of sleep each day even throughout the days itself. He's faced nightmares after nightmares, most being his own ////// // ///// or hearing screams of those who faced it alongside him. At most he appears to be emotionally drained, and tired and only wishes to see those around him fall and never be happy. He appears to struggle to talk to those around him, almost as if he doesn't trust them."

12/25/25 - "Destro" reports to have been seeing things? figures? a lot of things he's unable to make out but he reports they have sounded like some of his past friends who have passed away or some that still are alive, or he might not know all too well. He says he has some sort of board of information and answers for things he's been searching for? He says he hasn't been getting much sleep, but he believes upping the dosage of his medication will help him greatly. He says most nights are hard, especially when he has to try and sleep with music or white noise going in the background. Mentally i would say he seems to be at a breaking point. Though only more of our interviews could tell.
