Outcome/Notes: Patient arrived in OR 1 with a massive abdominal wound extending from the right hip to mid torso due to an encounter with ‘The Duke’ which ended up with the removal of his Liver in the action.

Condition: Patient was rushed to OR after having his face completely disfigured by a unknown entity which left him with 3 severe injuries on his face, being left with no eyes, and 2 severe scars on his left upper cheek, and right.
Treatment: Patient was given facial reconstruction surgery and was left on a ventilator due to his whole injury.
Outcome/Notes: Patient was left in recovery for 2 weeks in bed, overall surgery was successful leaving him only with several scars on his face.

Condition: Patient was rushed to OR after having both of his kidneys exploded, as well his left eye and his right arm contorted inwards and snapped off like it was a piece of string.
Treatment: Patient was given immediate medical surgery and was given a patchwork right arm. And had his kidneys repaired with the help of the anomaly 'Patchworks'. As well any injuries beforehand being repaired by XI-8 Operative 'Courier'
Outcome/Notes: Patient has been prescribed painkillers, and to not strain himself too much going forward with the right arm.
