Patient stabilized, remains under 24-hour observation scheduled by medical team, told not to use left arm lifting more than 15 pounds. Subject continues to operate despite physical limitations. Pain tolerance is above expected baseline.

Subjects face has completely been disfigured currently has no eyes with a bit of his face being destroyed with one severe scar on his left and right cheek.

Documented Injuries:

2 Cuts on the right and left side of his face. Missing eyes.

Notes:

Skin grafts have been applied to both scars, patient will be left with a bit of scarring in some places but patient has asked for no cybernetics or patchwork limbs. Patient despite having no eyes continues to operate.
