• Allowing admin to add/update/delete member profiles

• The app provides Admin Login and Member Login

• Only the Admin can:

  • Add new members

  • Update member details

  • Delete member profiles

• Members can only view their own information

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is securely stored using Google Firebase (Google Cloud services).

We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Data may only be shared:

• With trusted services like Firebase to operate the app

• When required by law

6. Notifications

The app may send push notifications (via Firebase) for:

• Events and announcements

• Important updates

Users can control notification settings from their device.

7. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services.

• Data remains stored while the account is active

• If a profile is deleted by the Admin, associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

8. Data Deletion

Since this app is managed by an organization:

• Only the Admin has permission to delete user profiles

• When a profile is deleted, all associated data is removed from our system within 7–30 days

If you want your data to be deleted, you can contact the Admin or reach out to us via email.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, Cloud Messaging)

These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.

10. Children's Privacy

This app may be used by students under 18.
Data is collected and managed by the organization (dance studio) with appropriate responsibility.
