Richard Masucci, or also known as Rich of ReviewTechUSA, reacted to the news of Etika's passing by tweeting a video. Rather than giving condolences, he scolded the mistreatment toward Etika in the past and the thought of Etika doing it for attention by people.

J.D. Witherspoon, or also known as runJDrun, reacted to the news of Etika's passing by tweeting, posting on Facebook, and making a video.

Charlie Guzman, or also known as Dashie, reacted to the news of Etika by tweeting out and showing a video of Etika mentioning a collaboration with Dashie in Super Mario Maker 2. Although it may looked unlikely to happen anyway, as Etika hated Mario, the two highly-respected entertainers will never be able to appear in the same video now that Etika had ended himself. Two of the most unique entertainers in 2010s crossing over unfortunately didn't come to fruition prematurely.

Dalauan Sparrow, or also known as LowTierGod, reacted to the news of Etika's passing by making a video on his YouTube channel. He paid his respects to the deceased entertainer. One of the things he mentioned that he felt there was a yin-yang comparison between Desmond and himself. This seems true due to the fact that both are of African culture, both are built in terms of fitness, both are gamers, both are charismatic, but Desmond was less hot-headed and less mean than Dalauan is. Pretty similar to each other except a few things; therefore it's a yin-yang comparison.

Infamous content creator Phil Burnell, or also known as DarksydePhil, DSP for short, reacted on the news of Etika's passing by tweeting. He is hypocritical in the fact he does not care about anyone but himself. He claims he does not know anyone outside of his realm; therefore he shouldn't have said anything about Etika. He act like he knew about him when he says Etika. He only mentioned this just to gain advantage on the subject and talk about himself, saying how he is lucky to be stable basically, in his Call of Duty Black Ops 4 livestream he did shortly after. It seems like he is saying he is better off and being arrogant without even realizing. He is also saying things that are somewhat true, but there is way more to Etika other than the memes to why he chose suicide. DSP is thoughtful for respecting Etika, but clearly ignorant for making it more about himself.

Isaiah Johnson, or also known as TriForce of EmpireArcadia, has reacted further to Etika's passing in a livestream he did. The backstory of what he said about himself and Etika shed some light on how Etika was. Although nothing justifies Etika's ending action, it pretty much adds up why Etika was like that around 2017 and 2018. TriForce's comments on Etika's problem leading up to his demise shows a lot of truth.
