DeskFlow respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information DeskFlow processes, how it is used, and how it is protected.
DeskFlow does not collect, store, or transmit:
Browsing history
Website content
Authentication information or passwords
Financial or payment information
Health information
Precise location data
Personally identifiable information
Advertising identifiers
DeskFlow does not sell user data or use user data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to its core functionality.
DeskFlow uses Chrome Storage to save settings required for the extension to function, including:
The workspace URL selected by the user
Switching mode preferences
Media pause preferences
Game survival time
DeskFlow enabled or disabled status
Feedback drafts that could not be transmitted
These settings are used only to provide DeskFlow’s features. They are not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Users may voluntarily submit feedback, feature requests, or bug reports through DeskFlow.
The entered message is transmitted to a private Google Form operated by the developer. Feedback is used solely to:
Identify and resolve bugs
Review feature requests
Improve DeskFlow
Users should not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or confidential company information in feedback messages.

DeskFlow uses Chrome extension permissions only for its stated functionality:
activeTab: Accesses the active tab when the user triggers a DeskFlow action.
storage: Saves the user’s DeskFlow settings and preferences.
tabs: Opens the configured workspace and manages Chrome windows and tabs during user-requested switching and restoration.
scripting: Pauses video or audio elements when the optional media-pause setting is enabled.
notifications: Displays brief notifications when DeskFlow is turned on or off.
Host permission for Google Forms: Submits feedback voluntarily entered by the user to the developer’s private feedback form.
DeskFlow does not use these permissions to monitor browsing activity.
DeskFlow contains optional external links to Fairy, Ko-fi, and itch.io. When a user opens one of these links, the external service may process information according to its own privacy policy.
DeskFlow does not receive payment information entered on Fairy or Ko-fi.
DeskFlow does not sell user data.
Information is not transferred to third parties except when necessary to provide a feature explicitly requested by the user, such as submitting voluntary feedback through Google Forms or opening an external service selected by the user.
DeskFlow minimizes data processing and stores extension preferences through Chrome Storage.
Feedback submitted through Google Forms may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to review bugs, feature requests, and extension improvements. Users may request deletion of submitted feedback by contacting the developer.
DeskFlow is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when DeskFlow’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
