DeskAura (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a personal creativity tool that allows users to create and manage workspace moods, color palettes, glow effects, and presets. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how DeskAura handles data on your device.

DeskAura is designed to operate fully offline and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

Specifically:

• We do not upload your photos or mood data to any remote server.
  
  

All data stays locally on your device.

2. Local Data Storage

DeskMood stores user-generated data locally using Hive, including:

• Created moods
  
  

• Color palettes
  
  

• Categories
  
  

• Usage statistics
  
  

• App settings (e.g., dark mode)
  
  

This information is stored exclusively on your device and is removed if you uninstall the app or use the “Delete All Data” feature in Settings.

We cannot access, view, or restore this data.

3. Photos and Media Access

If you choose to use the Photo Extractor feature, DeskAura will request access to your gallery to:

• Select an image
  
  

• Extract colors from that image
  
  

The selected image is never uploaded, shared, or sent to any server.
Processing happens fully on-device.

4. In-App Purchases

DeskAura uses the system’s native in-app purchase framework to offer optional purchases (e.g., donations or premium presets).
During the process:

• We do not receive your payment information.
  
  

• All transactions are handled securely by Google Play.
  
  

We do not store any billing-related data.

5. Third-Party Services

DeskAura does not use:

No data is shared with external parties.

6. Children’s Privacy

DeskAura does not target children and does not collect personal information from users of any age. Because no data is collected, the app is suitable for all audiences.

7. Your Rights

Since DeskAura does not store personal data externally, all privacy rights (access, correction, deletion) apply to the data saved locally on your device. You can manage or remove this data using the app’s settings or by uninstalling the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
